Our Promise to You

We want you to love your new watch straps. But we also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out — maybe the color isn’t quite right, the size doesn’t fit as expected, or you simply changed your mind. Whatever the reason, we’ve got you covered with a straightforward and fair returns process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The strap must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The original packaging and all tags must remain intact and attached.
  • The item must be free from scratches, marks, odors, or any signs of wear.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Straps that have been custom-sized, altered, or modified in any way.
  • Straps showing visible signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • Items purchased under final sale or clearance promotions.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, simply email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back to us before receiving return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or simply not liking the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit in your account — this varies by issuer and is beyond our control.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are not returned in their original condition
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed (at our discretion)

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product was shipped to you, we will happily exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and returning the original one for a refund. This ensures you receive your desired strap as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your strap arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing flaw, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the issue along with your order number. We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed through our standard return procedure.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary widely and may cause delays. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate on our end.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy, unless explicitly marked as final sale. If your sale item is approved for a refund, you will be credited the amount you actually paid after discounts.
